Constellation Healthcare Technologies is a healthcare services organisation providing outsourced revenue cycle management ("RCM"), practice management ("PM") and group purchasing services to the physician market in the United States.
The Group benefits from a large market opportunity in physician billing, which is estimated by the Directors to be approximately a $37 billion market across current specialties. The Directors believe that there has been an increasing trend towards physicians outsourcing billing operations, although they also believe that approximately 55 per cent. of physicians still retain their RCM operations in-house. This represents a significant market opportunity for large scale RCM service providers such as Constellation Healthcare Technologies.
